At MTI we believe the training environment should be conducive to the whole learning
process, so we have constructed a workshop location suitable to foster continued
learning in every square foot of the facility. Whether it be a relaxing environment
for break time in a coffee shop surrounding or a gathering place around the aquarium
for our successful employees. With a media room capable of handling 70 attendees
it is designed to accommodate lectures, discussions, role-play, or real life classroom
learning situations. Our media room is designed for PowerPoint display, classroom
education or socialization skills training, and necessary in today's areas of:
sales training, soft skills building and productive lifestyles. When companies
like Texas Instruments, J.C.Penny, Sprint, Johnson and Johnson, AT&T Schlumberger,
Xerox, and other Fortune 100 companies aren't bringing us onsite for in-house
training programs, we can offer them an offsite facility to send their employees
to. MTI conducts memory-training workshops along with a host of other customized

Our staff of pychologist, computer technologist, researchers, training specialist, keynote speakers, workshop instructors and administrative/customer support group meet on an ongoing basis to maintain the highest level of training products and programs for our corporate and public clientele. Evaluations of programs are reviewed after each session to improve or simplify training techniques and accommodate our ongoing study and certification in accordance to HR Bill 6578 signed by President George Bush Sr. in 1989. "The Decade of the Brain."

At MTI our philosophy of training involves total employee involvment in an effort to foster an ongoing environment of learning and study. We believe the mind of many works better than one mind and so doing incorporate progressive ideas, training methodologies, and creative innovativeness. Our workplace was created to insure such an atmosphere with a think tank attitude as well as being able to work inside and outside of the box. Our enthusiasm is contagious!
